Features
1. All devices for forming, heat sealing, batch number printing, embossing, and punching are positioned using a toothed shaft. By shaking the handle, all devices can move freely on the shaft and can be quickly calibrated and positioned according to the scale and locking nut.
2. Human-machine interface PLC control, variable frequency speed regulation, dual servo traction, fault display, automatic alarm, easy mold change, simple operation; workflow: colored sheet forming → filling (optional) → sealing → printing production batch number → punching → finished product output is fully automatic operation.
3. The main drive part uses a parallel shaft helical gear reducer for smooth operation. The molds for forming, heat sealing, and embossing use positioning pins for accurate positioning and easy mold change, saving packaging materials.

The DPP-320 type flat automatic blister packaging machine is a high-tech product for aluminum-plastic, aluminum-aluminum, and paper-plastic blister packaging.
The machine uses microcomputer programming, variable frequency speed regulation, and human-machine interface operation. It has complete functions, simple operation, stable and reliable performance, meeting GMP specifications.
